Arghh Finals weight…
Finals are making me gain weight… I know it’s no excuse, but it’s making me lazy over all
I worked out for 45 minutes yesterday… that was good. I’m afraid it was not too intense, though.
I wonder… what is the best way to lose belly fat? I am hiring a personal trainer on Friday and I’m getting a grip on correct exercise methods.
Got a call from Jenny Craig too… I’m going in for a consult. I don’t know what to think about this though. My doctor recommended it, so, yeah! Those are the plans
