Arghh Finals weight…

Finals are making me gain weight… I know it’s no excuse, but it’s making me lazy over all :(

I worked out for 45 minutes yesterday… that was good. I’m afraid it was not too intense, though.

I wonder… what is the best way to lose belly fat? I am hiring a personal trainer on Friday and I’m getting a grip on correct exercise methods.

Got a call from Jenny Craig too… I’m going in for a consult. I don’t know what to think about this though. My doctor recommended it, so, yeah! Those are the plans :D I’m excited!!

Hoodia?

I’ve been reading up on Hoodia and I haven’t seen anything bad about it yet. Should I be wary?

I plan on taking it next week… Hoping for the best. Down 10lbs! Praise the Lord! It isn’t showing yet, but it will soon! Just gotta keep at it!

Why do I fall off the wagon?

Well, as the subject clearly states, I have fallen clear off that weight loss wagon. I realize I need help and now… I’m looking into Jenny Craig. I tried a weight loss program before but it gave me such drastic long term eating plans that I rebelled and lost all motivation. I wonder if anyone has tried Jenny Craig and lost a significant amount of weight. How does it work? Help me? Thanks all!

Yay water weight! :)

I think I lost a ton of water weight by just sleeping in this morning! :D I am down 2lbs. It’s early in the day and I know I can do it today!

Cutting out temptation for junk food is going to be hard. But, I’m going to face that craving monster and show it who’s boss! Me!

Also, I plan on incorporating prayer and Bible study to my weight loss. So, I need all of your prayers too!

First Day of the Rest of My Life!

I’ve tried to lose weight many times before and failed miserably. The most success I had was a year ago, when I joined a program and lost 25 pounds. Soon, I got discouraged and found that I was on that slippery slope of weight gain again. So, this is it! I am going to lose the weight this time. But, I realize now that I cannot do it alone. I must seek out support! I guess that’s why I am here. I got 45 mins of swimming yesterday. It didn’t feel like much exercise! I guess I should couple it with some time on the treadmill!
